Cindy Lawley is passionate about innovation to make genetic and multi-omic technologies easier and cheaper to measure. She sees such innovation as pivotal to lowering the barrier of entry for implementing scalable, reproducible solutions advancing individualized medicine and health equity.  In over 14 years at Illumina and together with customers, she drove solutions to advance the understanding of genetic risk and holds several awards for Excellence in Technology Transfer while leading Illumina’s Consortia Program.  Today she drives global population health at Olink using next-generation sequencing to measure thousands of proteins across thousands of samples as a real-time, functional readout of human health.
